How to Nominate a Child
Do you know of a child living in Wallaceburg Ontario who wants to play hockey, but cannot afford it? Fill out the form to nominate a child who needs assistance with the Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Registration fee.
The Gordie Green Hockey Memorial Fund offers financial support to a select number of children who have been nominated. The financial support is limited to the Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association registration fee.
No cash will be given to the child or family. Payments for registration fees will be paid directly to the WMHA.
Nominations open until the end of April 2025. Children will be chosen and contacted by May 15th, 2025 via email or phone.
